Our easy 4-step process:

Inspection

Before contacting your insurance company, contact Storm Exteriors for property report to identify any damage.

We’ll assess the situation and guide you through the process of evaluating the damage.
Step 01

Contact

Next, get in touch with your insurance company. This step is quick and simple.

You’ll need to provide the date of the storm and details about the damage observed, including whether it was caused by hail or wind.
Step 02

Adjustment

The insurance adjuster will contact you shortly after to schedule a visit to inspect the damages.

It’s essential to have a Storm Exteriors representative on-site during this appointment to ensure that all damages are properly noted.
Step 03

Scope of Loss & Payments

After the adjuster completes their assessment, they will provide you with a scope of loss—a detailed report outlining the damages.
The insurance company will then issue an initial payment for the Actual Cash Value (ACV).
The second payment is issued once Storm Exteriors has completed all repairs and notified the insurance company.
